Authenticity
Every watch offered by Reference Room is guaranteed to be authentic. Each piece is carefully inspected prior to sale, with attention given to originality, condition, and overall integrity.
Watches are evaluated by experienced watchmakers where necessary, and any known details regarding condition or past intervention are presented with clarity. The aim is to provide a transparent and accurate representation of each piece, allowing it to be assessed with confidence.
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Warranty
All watches are accompanied by a six-month mechanical warranty. This covers internal movement faults not caused by accidental damage, misuse, or external factors.
Due to the age and nature of vintage watches, water resistance is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. It is advised to avoid exposure to water and high humidity.
As each piece is unique, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
If a mechanical issue arises upon receipt, please make contact within 7 days with supporting photos or videos. Each case will be reviewed and addressed accordingly.
Shipping
All orders are packed with care using protective materials to ensure safe transit.
Singapore
Local orders are delivered with full tracking and insurance. Where possible, arrangements may be made for in-person collection or delivery.
International
International shipments are sent via FedEx, fully insured and trackable.
Please note that all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipments are declared at full value in accordance with regulations.
Certain exotic leather straps (e.g. alligator or lizard) may be subject to import restrictions under CITES regulations. Where required, straps may be removed prior to shipment. It is recommended to check with local authorities or contact us before purchase if unsure.
